Marilyn loves the cultural diversity and many delights the San Francisco area offers after moving here from a farm in Iowa. She is a San Francisco State University graduate and enjoys working in the small business environment. Since coming to the City Church office in 2002, she has enjoyed witnessing continuous growth and generosity that is considered "not normal" in accounting classes. She and her husband Richard (married in 1990) and Sophie and Princess - their two feline friends - live in the North Bay.
